This spring, The French Kitchen is serving an alluring course showcasing the flavors of white asparagus. The Spring Dinner Course Printemps takes guests on a gourmet journey, with dishes including white asparagus soup with chorizo, sumptuous rainbow trout meunière and New Zealand tender roast, cooked to perfection in béarnaise sauce. These dishes are also available as an a la carte experience that brings to mind the new shoots of spring.
