Grand Hyatt Tokyo’s CSR Program
Since the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake,
Grand Hyatt Tokyo has participated in a range
of charity programs that support rural areas of Japan.
We seek to continue these efforts
by offering hands-on,
community-based support as part of
Hyatt’s World of Care,
a global corporate social responsibility program
that brings together more than 1,300 Hyatt properties.
Our previous activities include setting up
donation boxes in the hotel,
donating a percentage of the revenue
from accommodation packages and charity hampers,
and sending staff to volunteer in Tohoku.
As of January 2024, the hotel has donated
a total of over 64 million yen
to charity organizations including Kids Earth Fund
and the Japan Red Cross.
Grand Hyatt Tokyo’s ‘Grand Love’ Holiday Charity Program
November to December, 2023
From November 11 to December 25, 2023, Grand Hyatt Tokyo has hosted its annual holiday charity program under this year’s Grand Love theme, with the hope of performing great acts of kindness and inspiring a memorable holiday season.

Grand Hyatt Tokyo’s ‘Let Love Shine’ Holiday Charity Program
November to December, 2022
At Grand Hyatt Tokyo, as part of our ongoing support of regions hit by natural disasters, a charity program with the theme “Let Love Shine” in collaboration with Kids Earth Fund was held from November 12 to December 25, 2022. The program supported children who were effected by natural disasters.

SDGs: A portion of the proceeds from “Green Forest Afternoon Tea” has been donated to the “Green Fund”
April 16 to June 30, 2022
Grand Hyatt Tokyo actively incorporated sustainable ingredients such as irregularly shaped fruits in the "Green Forest Afternoon Tea" offered at The French Kitchen from April 16 to June 30, 2022, to contribute to SDGs. A portion of the proceeds has been donated to the “Green Fund” run by the National Land Afforestation Promotion Organization.
This donation will be used for reforestation in the local community and abroad through the National Land Afforestation Promotion Organization’s "Green Fund." Thank you very much for your kind support!
