This summer, The Oak Door presents a gourmet tribute to the Golden State with an authentic LA Chili Dog Burger crafted by our Californian chef. This standout creation is also an entry in the Hills Gourmet Burger Grand Prix 2025.
Centered around a 140g 100% beef patty, the burger is layered with smoky sausage, rich chili con carne, creamy avocado, and melted cheddar—all enhanced by a subtle kick of jalapeño. Served in hotel-made potato buns, this indulgent creation offers a bold, flavorful experience that captures the sunny, laid-back spirit of California.

Following the success of its 10th anniversary last year, the ever-popular Roppongi Gourmet Burger Grand Prix is back—bigger and better than ever. This year, the event expands beyond Roppongi Hills and Azabudai Hills to include Toranomon Hills as well, rebranded as the Hills Gourmet Burger Grand Prix 2025.
A record-breaking 34 participating restaurants will offer exclusive, original burgers available only during this event. Each one is crafted with care and creativity, showcasing unique flavors and ingredients.Guests who dine at participating venues can vote for their favorite, helping determine both the Overall Grand Prix Winner and the Facility Champions for each Hills location. The burger that claims the Grand Prix title will have its sales period extended, so even more guests can experience the winning taste.
