American Beer Garden at The Oak Door

As the weather gets warmer, The Oak Door will once again open its floor-to-ceiling windows and offer an authentic American beer garden menu on the airy terrace, featuring barbecued dishes that originated from two different regions of the United States.

During June and July, enjoy a “Southwest Barbecue” featuring slow-smoked meats that were smoked for over eight hours with Applewood chips by pit master Craig White and his team at White Smoke. The main dish is dynamically presented in a smoke-filled dome and includes meats such as beef brisket, spiced lamb sausage and chicken wings.

August and September will be a “Northeast Seafood Boil” featuring a New England-inspired assortment of lobster, clams, mussels, prawns and corn all served in a Dutch oven. All dishes are meant to be shared amongst the table for a delightful dining experience.

Diners can opt for a free-flow plan that will include refreshing frozen margaritas and frozen mojitos in addition to a selection of other drinks to complement the meal. A VIP plan will also be available on our comfortable sofa seats for guests who would like the ultimate luxury experience, which includes free-flowing premium Champagne and both smoked meats and seafood.
