Chinaroom’s luxurious summer cold noodle dish is available from June 2 to August 31, 2025. This special menu features a two-tiered bamboo basket filled with ten exquisite dishes, including truffle-infused scrambled eggs, fried snow crab and Japanese beef ribeye shabu-shabu with black pepper sauce.
Savor our chilled noodles with sesame and yuzu dipping sauces, while exploring exquisite dishes like barbecue pork, drunken shrimp and poached chicken with scallion and ginger sauce.
