Beat the Heat with Chinaroom’s Spicy Summer Menu

This summer, Chinaroom is serving a collection of six spicy dishes that provide a delicious antidote to Tokyo’s intense heat. Made using chili, Japanese pepper, Sichuan peppercorns and Chinaroom’s original broad bean chili paste, these dishes will ease the summer humidity without compromising on the deep flavors of Sichuanese cuisine.
