Served exclusively between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., Bebida con Aperitivo offers guests a choice of two drinks from more than 50 options from Maduro’s grand menu, including Champagne, whisky and the bar’s signature mojitos. Accompanied by a tapas selection, this plan offers the chance to experience Maduro’s refined atmosphere without a music cover charge.

  • This plan is limited to 4 groups of 2 guests per day. Please reserve online by 11:00 p.m. two days before your visit.
  • Online payment must be completed with a Visa, MasterCard or AMEX credit card.
  • No fee will be charged for cancellation up to 1 day before the date of arrival. For later cancellations, late arrivals delayed by more than 15 minutes, or no-shows, 100% of the plan price will be charged.
  • Please note that other benefits and discounts may not be applied. Guests on this plan will also not receive points for programs including World of Hyatt and Hills Card.

    Maduro offers nightly live entertainment by international artists for guests to enjoy as they sip on seasonal craft cocktails and rare whiskeys, as well as sampling an extensive collection of cigars.
