Built on a base of feuilletine and dacquoise, this indulgent creation offers a mix of almond sponge, sautéed mango and coconut jelly enveloped in a smooth mango mousse. The cake is then topped with Pikachu silhouette chocolates and mango slices carefully arranged into bouquet shapes, before our chefs wrap the entire creation in Pikachu-inspired chocolate angel feathers. With its tropical aroma and mesmerizing decorations, this luxurious mango cake is a summer treat for all five senses.
