Our exclusive meditation app, Mindfulness in Tokyo, was created in collaboration with K.K. Upmind, whose Upmind meditation app has a total of 1 million downloads. The app features a calming design and exclusive content, curated by mindfulness experts for guests of Grand Hyatt Tokyo.
The app offers tailored content for morning, afternoon, and evening sessions. Use the app at any time during your stay and be fully present in the moment as you explore the bustling city of Tokyo.

Complimentary Morning Stretch and Meditation Session in a Serene Art Space
Grand Hyatt Tokyo’s overnight guests are welcome to join this special wellness program and begin their day with a moment of restoration.
The program is hosted in front of the hotel’s Shinto shrine in a serene space that showcases the immersive “Waterfall” artwork by Hiroshi Senju. During the program, a Nagomi Spa and Fitness trainer will lead participants in a series of stretches before a meditation from the Mindfulness in Tokyo app. Begin the day with a refreshed body and mind during this unique experience of one of Grand Hyatt Tokyo’s most spectacular artworks.
■ Date and Time: Every Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. starting from February 2025
■ Location: “Waterfall”, Banquet Hall 3rd Floor
■ Participants: Overnight guests at Grand Hyatt Tokyo (Roughly 10 participants per session)
■ Duration: 30 minutes
■ Participation fee: Free

Morning Stretch (15 mins)
This original program by Nagomi Spa and Fitness trainers improves blood flow and revitalizes the body for the day ahead.
Meditation (5 mins)
Mindfulness content from the hotel’s original app heightens awareness of the present moment and calms the mind ready for an exciting day in Tokyo.

Advance reservation is required. Please make your reservation using the QR code on the desk in your room.

*Please change into comfortable attire and arrive at the location 5 minutes before the start time.
*Towels and yoga mats will be provided.
*Participants must be at least 16 years old to participate in the morning stretch session. Under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
*This program will be held in Japanese and English.
*It is not necessary to install the meditation app to participate in the program.
