Select one of six individually prepared main dishes including Australian beef sirloin, chicken fricassee and pan-fried Spanish mackerel, before heading to the buffet table for a gourmet selection of classic French appetizers, seafood delicacies and seasonal dishes. In a memorable finale, explore a captivating selection of strawberry creations from our award-winning pastry chefs.
