About Sayaka Nojima, Creator of the Mimosa Mousse Cake

Sayaka has a lead role in preparing our fresh desserts as part of the pastry team at Fiorentina Pastry Boutique. The Mimosa is the first cake that she has designed entirely from scratch. Working with the support of our pastry team, Sayaka developed the Mimosa through careful experimentation inspired by the graceful refinement of mimosa flowers. Her cake “cherishes the soft, feminine image of the mimosa, so that guests can share their gratitude with someone special.”
