Jacob Huang
As the Chinese Chef at Park Hyatt Guangzhou, Chef Jacob Huang has led the kitchen operations of the acclaimed Yue Jing Xuan since the restaurant’s opening in 2015. Chef Huang has over 25 years of rich culinary experience gained at award-winning Cantonese restaurants in Guangdong. He specializes in Cantonese cuisine, creating dishes that are recognized for their freshness and liberal use of local, seasonal ingredients. His menus blend traditional Cantonese recipes with a modern twist for an authentic, high-quality dining experience.
