The Oak Door has created two gourmet burgers perfect for a summer celebration: a tropical Bulbasaur burger featuring a 100% beef patty, smoked pork shoulder and grilled pineapple, and a Mimikyu dessert burger created from fresh mango, panacotta and hotel-made brioche buns.
Both dishes are served with a Piplup Blue Soda and an original luncheon mat for an extraordinary summer meal at Grand Hyatt Tokyo.

Every element of our Bulbasaur burger is carefully prepared for a dramatic dining experience, from a juicy 100% beef patty and grilled pineapple to fragrant pork shoulder, which is smoked and slow-cooked at the hotel by The Oak Door’s culinary team. Served between special green buns from the hotel bakery, this burger is built to satisfy summer appetites in a unique Pokémon celebration.
Mimikyu Dessert Burger Set

Our Mimikyu dessert burger is an indulgent sweet treat, perfect for a leisurely summer afternoon. In a refreshing twist, the dessert burger substitutes a patty for smooth panacotta, topped with mango, passionfruit and kiwi and finished with a light Chantilly cream. This alluring dessert is served between brioche buns from the hotel bakery, which add the rich fragrance of butter to a dynamic summer dish.
