Christmas Lobby Decorations
This year’s lobby decorations are inspired by the subtle beauty of Japanese komorebi, the sunlight filtering through the leaves. Built around softly sparkling Christmas trees, our beloved annual arrangement evokes festive warmth and offers a vibrant holiday welcome to all our guests.
For an extra festive touch, visit our restaurants and Grand Club lounge for additional decorations that will add a heartwarming touch to your holiday celebrations.

On December 24 and 25, Santa Claus will be celebrating the holiday season with a special visit to Grand Hyatt Tokyo. Share the holiday spirit with Santa in our Christmas Area and selected restaurants in a memorable Christmas greeting for children and adults alike.

- Please refrain from taking photos or videos for commercial purposes.
- Please refrain from using professional photography equipment, including single-lens reflex (SLR) and mirrorless cameras. We recommend photographing the display with a smartphone or compact digital camera.
- Please refrain from using monopods, tripods, selfie sticks or any other oversized photography equipment.
- Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
- Please respect the privacy of those around you and ensure that other guests do not feature in your photos or videos.
- Please refrain from livestreaming or any photography/videography that may disturb other guests.
- To ensure that all guests can enjoy the decorations, please do not occupy the Christmas Area for extended periods.
- Please supervise children at all times.
- Please do not touch any of the displays or decorations.
- Please do not leave your luggage or personal belongings unattended on the floor.
- Changing clothes in the lobby or restrooms is strictly prohibited.
- Sitting on the floor is not permitted.
