Available for just ten days in March, The French Kitchen’s mimosa dinner course combines seasonal fine dining with striking yellow dishes representing female empowerment. From white asparagus mimosa salad through to saffron mackerel poêlé and roast beef fillet with vivid Inca potatoes, every moment of this dinner course is accompanied by a burst of color.
