the light-filled restaurant’s interiors are pure Japanese elegance,
from a Yoshino cypress counter crafted using a single tree, to the
floor-to-ceiling windows looking out onto the surrounding greenery.
Enjoy Edo-mae (classic Tokyo-style) sushi and sashimi carefully prepared
using only the best ingredients from the fish market.

Every nigiri is prepared with fresh fish and seasonal ingredients by my expert team of sushi chefs. Our menus are served in our light-filled dining room or outside on the terrace, in an homage to Tokyo’s ancient sushi traditions. We invite you to sit back, savor a bottle of Japanese sake, and enjoy one of Japan’s most iconic culinary experiences.
