“SUNSHOWER” Exhibition – Special Collaboration Menu

In collaboration with the “SUNSHOWER ~Contemporary Art from Southeast Asia 1980s to Now~” exhibition, the first joint exhibition held simultaneously at two museums (Mori Art Museum and The National Art Center) from 5 July until 23 October, three restaurants at Grand Hyatt Tokyo have prepared special menus highlighting flavors of Southeast Asia.

Keyakizaka (4th Floor, Teppanyaki)

Teppanyaki restaurant Keyakizaka will prepare à la carte items such as garlic shrimp, rice soup inspired by the spicy Thai dish tom yum goong and steamed Akadori chicken with grilled bean salad, all prepared on the hot teppan table.
