Roku Roku’s exclusive Spring Bara Chirashi returns to our lunch menu from April 1. This elegant rice bowl is topped with a mix of fresh, seasonal ingredients selected daily by our chefs, including salmon roe, sea urchin, conger eel, firefly squid, sweet shrimp and soft-shell shrimp.
