In keeping with Japan’s iconic seafood traditions, Roku Roku is pleased to serve bara chirashi, a delicious assortment of marinated sashimi served over white rice and red vinegar. Our bara chirashi changes throughout the year, allowing guests to explore a wonderful variety of fresh seafood and the intricate flavors of Japan’s four seasons. Enjoy this colorful dish on our outdoor terrace with an ice-cold beer or Japanese sake.

Roku Roku’s exclusive Spring Bara Chirashi returns to our lunch menu from April 1. This elegant rice bowl is topped with a mix of fresh, seasonal ingredients selected daily by our chefs, including salmon roe, sea urchin, conger eel, firefly squid, sweet shrimp and soft-shell shrimp.
