Celebrate New Year’s Eve in our chic bar and jazz lounge Maduro, where there will be a countdown, live music and free-flow Champagne.

This hotly anticipated annual event will be taken to extravagant new heights this year with the introduction of two free-flow vintage Champagne plans. Guests can choose between the deep, mature flavors of Krug Grande Cuvée or Dom Pérignon Plénitude 2 plan for the ultimate in taste and sophistication.

Both plans include 50g of Oscietra caviar, whose rich aroma marries perfectly with the taste of vintage Champagne. Served under Maduro’s elegant gas lanterns and accompanied by alluring live music, these plans will turn a memorable occasion into an unforgettable celebration of the new year.

• Reservations are limited to 3 groups, 2 people per group.
• Online bookings must be made by 11:00 p.m. December 29, 2023.
• Online payment must be completed with a credit card of VISA/ MasterCard or AMEX.
• Seating is limited to 2 hours.
• Cancellations or changes made to the reservation on the day of the event, as well as reservations that do not arrive within 15 minutes of the reservation time will be charged 100% of the cancellation fee.
• The dress code is smart casual (please refrain from wearing jeans and sneakers).
• This special event is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, special offers or discounts. It is also not eligible to receive World of Hyatt points or Roppongi Hills Card points.
