Grand Hyatt Tokyo offers exclusive meeting packages for small groups of up to 50 people. Whether you’re hosting internal training or an important client meeting, our versatile spaces are guaranteed to leave a great impression.

【Full-day Package with Lunch】 Up to 8 hours
JPY 30,000 per person

Choice of restaurant lunch, hotel-made lunch box or buffet lunch (seated or standing), Coffee/tea/mineral water (unlimited), Coffee break (2 times), Existing projector & screen, 2 x wired microphones, 1 x PC cable

* Buffet-style lunches are available for groups of 30 people or more.
* Buffet lunches can be served in a separate event space subject to availability. (Lunch spaces are chosen by the hotel.)
* An additional charge of JPY 500 per person (incl. tax and service charge) applies for seated buffets.

【Half-day Package with Lunch】 Up to 4 hours
JPY 22,000 per person
