Enjoy a Taste of Fall with Roku Roku’s Matsutake and Ikura Offerings

Matsutake is one of the most sought-after fall ingredients in Japan and Edo-mae sushi restaurant Roku Roku will take full advantage of matsutake mushroom season by offering delicate dishes finely prepared by master sushi chefs. In addition, from September to November enjoy an “ikura don” featuring the freshest raw salmon roe that the fish market has to offer.

  • Clear soup with Matsutake mushroom in a clay pot: JPY 4,500~
