Liquid Nitrogen Mango Ice Cream
Watch as the chefs use -196°C liquid nitrogen to create ice cream right before your eyes. A sweet mixture made of cream and fresh mangoes from Okinawa is slowly combined with the liquid nitrogen and the finished product is presented in a glass with large chunks of fresh mango.
