This spring, Italian café Fiorentina will offer a vibrant spring course full of seasonal vegetables such as white asparagus, snap peas and young onions. The flavorsome five course meal will consist of an appetizer, pasta, fish dish, meat dish, and dolce made with the colors and flavors of spring.

- Pasta：Parma ham and ricotta cheese tortelli, green pea puree
- Fish：Sauteed alfonsino, white asparagus soup, spring vegetable
- Meat：Kumamoto beef “Akaushi” tagliata, beet root puree, mostarda
- Dessert：Pistachio and blood orange mousse, agrume sherbet, citrus and tapioka salad

Scallop and octopus marinated in an orange vinaigrette and combined with a rich onion sauce. A refreshing dish featuring oranges, snap peas and edible flowers.
Homemade tortelli (pasta) filled with cooked ricotta cheese, arugula and parma ham. Served with seasonal green pea puree and covered with Parmesan cheese and crispy ham.
Sautéed alfonsino, white asparagus soup, canola flower, fava beans and spring vegetables.
High-quality Akaushi Beef from Kumamoto is grilled with salt and pepper and served with seasonal artichoke sauté. Diners can enjoy a beet puree and Mostarda, a Northern Italian condiment made with fruits in a mustard-flavored syrup.
