Giro del Gusto: A Gourmet Winter Journey Through Northern Italy

In celebration of Grand Hyatt Tokyo’s 20th anniversary, Fiorentina presents Giro del Gusto, a year-long culinary tour of the 20 regions of Italy. Each season, Fiorentina will feature local cuisine from five of Italy’s 20 regions, prepared using seasonal ingredients.

The final edition of Giro del Gusto will be held from January to February with a focus on cuisine from Italy’s northern regions, including Milan. Explore the country’s traditional dishes through our original menus and discover the astonishing depth and breadth of Italian culinary culture.
