Giro del Gusto: A Gourmet Fall Journey Through North-central Italy

In celebration of Grand Hyatt Tokyo’s 20th anniversary, Fiorentina presents Giro del Gusto, a year-long culinary tour of the 20 regions of Italy. Each season, Fiorentina will feature local cuisine from five of Italy’s 20 regions, prepared using seasonal ingredients.

The third edition of Giro del Gusto will be held from September to November with a focus on cuisine from Italy’s northern and central regions, including Tuscany. Explore the country’s traditional dishes through our original menus and discover the astonishing depth and breadth of Italian culinary culture.
