Bollito Misto is a traditional dish from Piemonte, Italy and Fiorentina will offer their new version of this classic winter dish made with winter vegetables, beef tongue, chicken and homemade pork salsiccia, all slowly cooked for 5 hours with flavorful sliced truffles on top.
