【3/13 – 17】Exclusive Menus from Guest Chef Yang Young, One of China’s Best 10 Chefs

This March, Chinaroom will welcome one of China’s culinary superstars to Grand Hyatt Tokyo: Chef Yang Young, the Executive Chinese Chef of Park Hyatt Shanghai. For a limited time only, guests at Chinaroom will have the unique opportunity to sample exquisite signature dishes from Chef Yang, who was named one of the best 10 chefs in China by the China Cuisine Association in 2018.

Chef Yang is one of China’s finest and most acclaimed chefs, specializing in Shanghainese, Zhejiang and Jiangsu cuisine. Under his expert guidance, Park Hyatt Shanghai’s contemporary Chinese restaurant, Dining Room, was awarded one diamond in China’s prestigious Black Pearl Restaurant Guide and has also been featured in the Michelin Guide Shanghai for three consecutive years from 2022-24. Together with his honors from the China Cuisine Association, these accolades are signs of the exceptional quality of Chef Yang’s cuisine, which will be available for guests to experience at Chinaroom for the first time.
