The French Kitchen’s buffet-style brunch offers a variety of dishes, including five different kinds of main dishes prepared with seasonal ingredients of meat, fish and vegetables such as casseroles, stews and cheese imported from France. Whole baked meat is sliced to order at the carving station in front of diners’ eyes. The salad station is full of seasonal vegetables, and the desserts are crafted by our internationally recognized team of pâtissiers.
In addition to its buffet selection, The French Kitchen offers two different beverages options. “The Brunch Buffet” comes with a glass of Champagne, and “The Grand Weekend Brunch” offers free-flowing Champagne, wine, Port wine, cocktails, spirits and soft drinks.
Free-flowing beverages are set up at the specially prepared drink station. In order to provide diners with the best experience, The French Kitchen staff can provide details about each beverages, allowing diners to enjoy its pairing with the chef’s culinary creations.
The Oak Door Brunch is a prix fixe coursed menu featuring four dishes: an appetizer, a soup, a main dish and a dessert.
This brunch’s beverages of choice is extra dry Champagne from one of the most historic Champagne houses, with its establishment in 1785: Heidsieck & Co. Monopole’s gout Americain Extra Dry was the official Champagne served on the Titanic. The Oak Door Brunch is available with a glass of this special Champagne or free-flowing. The brunch can also be ordered by itself.

Available only on weekends and holidays, The Oak Door steakhouse offers “The Champagne Brunch,” a four-course menu prepared with seasonal ingredients, plus a glass or free-flowing extra dry Champagne.
Diners can select a dish of choice from the prix fixe menu, which features appetizers such as Caesar salad, pancakes and French toast. Main dishes options include egg Benedict, seasonal fish and a hamburger, while a tart or cheesecake is available for dessert.
