Program Overview

For every guest that posts a photo featuring Grand Hyatt Tokyo with the hashtag #GrandHoliday2017 on Instagram, we will donate JPY 100 per post to Kids Earth Fund, a worldwide nonprofit organization that has actively supported the children of Tohoku and Kumamoto regions affected by natural disasters.

Terms and conditions

  • Guests may not choose the gift.
  • Guests who have been selected will need to contact the hotel with their name, address and telephone number within 10 days of notification to receive the prize.
  • A direct message will be sent to the winners via Instagram message, so the winners must have direct messaging set up to receive the messages.
  • The below cases will not be considered valid:
    • Grand Hyatt Tokyo’s official Instagram account is not followed.
    • There is no hashtag #GrandHoliday2017.
    • The image posted was not taken in Grand Hyatt Tokyo.
    • The account is a closed account.

  • Images posted are limited to those taken by the person posting the image.
  • When necessary, please obtain approval from the people in the posted image (photograph) in advance.
  • The below cases will not be considered valid:
    • Posts that are advertisements or if there is any malicious messages.
    • Posts that infringe third-party copyright.
    • Posts which are contrary to public order and morality.
    • Posts not aligning to the program theme.
    • If the account is from a corporation.
    • If the post is considered to be inappropriate in any way by Grand Hyatt Tokyo.
  • All posts by participants will be considered to be approved in advance to be used on Grand Hyatt Tokyo’s website, Social Media accounts and for PR purposes. There will not be any rewards or rights concerning developments paid to the participants who are associated.
  • Grand Hyatt Tokyo will not be responsible for any of the content or trouble that may arise concerning messages or images posted on the program by the participants.
  • Grand Hyatt Tokyo will not be responsible for any SNS application issues that may arise during the program.
  • The program may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.

Notification of winner and prizes

The winners will be notified by Grand Hyatt Tokyo’s official Instagram account (@grandhyatttokyo) directly. The prize will be sent to the winners after Grand Hyatt Tokyo has been notified of the address that the prize is to be sent to, within the noted deadline.
