Online Shopping

• Product will be shipped within 5 business days of credit card payment or after confirmation of the bank transfer payment.
• The request of arrival date cannot be accepted.
• During special periods designated by the hotel (such as Christmas, New Year holiday season and Golden Week), the online shop is closed. Any inquiries or shipping requests will not be reacted during this period.

During Christmas and New Year holiday season, certificates may only be used towards the purchase of food and beverage as cash vouchers.

Reservation

Kindly contact the restaurant of your choice and inform them that you are using a Lunch or Dining Certificate. Certificates are not valid with any other promotion or certificate.

Shipping

• Product will be shipped within 5 business days of credit card payment or after confirmation of the bank transfer payment.
• Delivery Time Selection Service is available. Please fill out the date and time with “other inquiries” form on Payment page.
• Products are not shipped and we are not able to respond during the weekend, national holidays, year end and new year’s, and Golden Week period.
• Certificates may not be sent to overseas. Overseas remittance is not accepted.

Notes

• Date of issue is the date of purchase. Guests may not choose the issue date.
• Certificates are not valid towards Rooms, Spa and Fitness and Room Service charges.
• Certificates may not be exchanged for cash and unused amounts are not refundable.
• Certificates cannot be resold or used for promotional activities without the written approval of Grand Hyatt Tokyo.
• Certificates are not valid for combined purchases from restaurants and bars.
• Certificates are not valid towards restaurant and bar charges signed to guestrooms.
• Certificates are not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, point program, certificate or special offers.
• Grand Hyatt Tokyo is not responsible for theft, loss or destruction of certificates.
• Certificates may not be used after valid period.
